Since 1998, DanceSafe has been a recognized name in the electronic music, festival, and nightlife communities. We are a 501(c)(3) public health and peer education organization that provides free harm reduction services to participants of nightlife events and music festivals. DanceSafe Volunteers have attended over 250 major music festivals including TomorrowWorld, Electric Forest, Symbiosis, Imagine, Lightning in a Bottle, and hundreds of smaller club and underground shows.

Our Volunteers set up booths at events to help educate their peers and keep them safe. They distribute unbiased, factual literature about the risks, doses, and effects of various drugs; hand out free condoms and literature about safe sex; distribute free earplugs, and information on hearing loss; they inform people of heatstroke and dehydration risks; and give out free water and electrolytes.

Because of your support, we are able to reach even more communities than ever. With the money raised in this auction, we can provide new and existing DanceSafe Chapters with important items like booth infrastructure, drug education literature, condoms, and earplugs.
