A baggie of green powder was submitted to EcstasyData.org from Knoxville, TN. The powder was sold as MDMA, but tested as Diclazepam, a benzodiazepine. According to EcstasyData.org, there was no reaction (meaning no color change) for the Marquis, Mecke, and Mandelin reagents.
A round, light cyan blue tablet with 'A | 215' on one side and no markings on other side was sourced in San Diego, CA as a ‘Norco 10/325’ tablet (Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen), an opioid pain reliever. The sample, however, which was submitted from Bakersfield, CA, contained 2 active-parts fentanyl and one active-part heroin.

A sample that was purported to be “pure MDMA” has resulted in a fatal medical incident in Denver, CO the night of 12/01/2018. This sample was reportedly purchased in the Colorado Front Range. Two other additional users of the sample were hospitalized but lived. A toxicology report on the person who passed is pending, but a test performed on one of the other hospitalized individuals showed fentanyl in their system.
A round blue-green tablet with the Apple logo and a break line on the back was sold as MDMA but tested as methamphetamine and caffeine. The pill was sourced and submitted to Ecstasydata.org from Miami, FL. According to EcstasyData.org, the Marquis reagent turned orange, the Mecke reacted yellow, and Mandelin only fizzed.
A white, crystalline powder in a Eppendorf vial was sold as Molly/MDMA, but tested as Ketamine. Sender notes state that the “seller was only 90% sure it was molly.” The sample was sourced and submitted to EcstasyData.org from New York, NY.
