A community member has submitted information to DanceSafe regarding a substance sourced by a “friend of a friend” in the San Francisco, CA Bay Area that is being marketed and sold as ketamine, described as a “white powder, fluffy, not dissimilar from cocaine.” Tests from reagents are inconclusive and did not identify the substance as Ketamine. Caution! Pink (U-47700) cut with fentanyl showing up throughout Minneapolis & St. Paul, with an already reported 23 overdoses
According to service providers in a local Twin Cities harm reduction organization, the substance they believe to be Pink is testing positive for fentanyl and is showing up all throughout Minneapolis/St. Paul. The mobile harm reduction crew in the area had a handful of positive tests and has reported 11 overdoses today, September 13, and a dozen yesterday. ... Read more
