Are you looking for an exciting way to get involved in politics or grassroots organizing? You can volunteer at concerts and festivals.
HeadCount is a non-partisan organization that uses the power of music to register voters and raise social consciousness. They work with over one hundred artists including Jay-Z, Dave Matthews Band, Pearl Jam, My Morning Jacket, Phish and Wilco. Whenever these artists play a concert near a major city, they’re usually there registering voters and promoting democratic participation. DanceSafe has proudly worked with HeadCount at many, many shows, and we hope you’ll show them some love!
