While we weren’t able to recreate every festival-like factor (e.g., wind, humidity, vibration, poor lighting, altered states), we kept these realities in mind during our usability assessments. Our Evaluation Process

We ran a comprehensive, side-by-side evaluation, using both controlled lab equipment for reference and real-world conditions and scenarios (i.e., on a staff member’s kitchen counter with loud music blasting and a ceiling fan running). Every scale was assessed across ten key categories, chosen based on industry standards and practical harm reduction use cases. Benchmarks were defined ahead of time so we could compare models consistently and fairly.
