Our Shipping Policies

We ship worldwide five days a week (Mon – Fri) via UPS. You can choose between various shipping options on the cart and checkout pages.

How long will your order take to get to you?

Orders placed before 11AM PST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11AM ship the following day, except Friday orders place after 11AM, which will ship on Monday. For domestic orders, UPS Ground is the cheapest option. As a rule of thumb, it can take up to five business days, especially if you live on the east coast. UPS 3-day select is guaranteed to arrive within three business days no matter where you live. Two Day Air will arrive within two business days, if placed by the 11am deadline. Next day air is guaranteed to arrive the next day, if placed by the 11am deadline. UPS does not included weekend days in their shipping times. So remember, if you place your order on Friday morning, it won’t arrive until Monday, and if you place your order Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, it won’t get shipped until Monday, so you will need to calculate your arrival based on a Monday departure.

What about international orders?

If you choose UPS Worldwide Expedited Delivery, it will take approximately two business days to Canada, two or three business days to Mexico, three to four days to Europe, and four to five days to Asia and Latin America.

Due to customs regulations, we have decided to discontinue all sales to customers in Mexico. (March 2016)

Russia has also been turning away our shipping attempts, so we have decided to discontinue sales to this country as well. (April 2016)

Refunds and Returns

Unopened orders may be returned within 30 days at customer’s expense for a full refund or exchange. Faulty or damaged goods are eligible for a replacement, provided you notify us within one week of delivery.
