Series 01
Bean Series
A deep-carved quartz ampoule pendant featuring a variety of classic Bean-style carvings etched into the quartz. Each piece incorporates NMR tubes of different sizes and conditions from Shulgin’s lab, carefully enclosed within the pendant. The base of the ampoule is then sealed by hand using a hydrogen torch, melting the quartz closed to create a permanent encapsulation. There are ten pieces in this series, each with slight variations. Photos of individual pieces with exact dimensions will be provided to buyers.
Series 02
G3L Tab Series
A deep-carved quartz ampoule pendant featuring G3L Tab carvings etched into the quartz. Photos of individual pieces will be provided to buyers.
Series 03
MDCap Series
A hydrogen torch is used to seal the base of the ampoule, melting the quartz to create a permanent encapsulation. The capsules proved to be the most challenging pieces to produce due to their extremely thin walls and the vacuum formed during the sealing process. Various capsule sizes and base profiles ensued. There are nine pieces in this series, each with slight variations. Photos of individual pieces will be provided to buyers.
