1. Wholesale Customer Approval
Wholesale accounts are reserved for legitimate businesses and institutions and are not granted to individuals. To become a Wholesale Customer you must register and be approved. All registrants must provide a phone number, mailing address, and website. The approval process requires a phone call to verify your application.
Types of wholesale customers include, but are not limited to:
- Retail or online stores
- Hospitals
- Pharmacies
- Public health & social service agencies
- Colleges / Universities
- Research centers
- Indigenous communities & First Nations
- Health departments
- Law enforcement
- First responders
- Event venues
- Therapists
Tax-exempt organizations: Once your wholesale account is approved, you may upload your tax-exempt certificate in our Wholesale Portal through My Account.
2. Minimum Order
There is no minimum order requirement for wholesale customers on wholesale products.
3. Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Approved wholesale customers receive up to 50% off the manufacturer's suggested resale price (MSRP) for reagent testing kits. Fentanyl testing strip discounts vary depending on the quantity purchased and the type of business or institution. Once your account has been approved, wholesale prices become visible on our website after you are logged in.
Wholesale customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise outlined in a formal agreement.
Not all DanceSafe products are subject to wholesale pricing discounts.

4. Minimum Retail Pricing
All resellers must list products at or above the manufacturer's retail price (MSRP) listed on DanceSafe's retail website to maintain pricing consistency.
5. Shipping Reagent Kits
The US Postal Service (USPS) has strict regulations for shipping hazardous chemicals that essentially prohibit the shipping of reagent kits. To protect the harm reduction industry, our wholesale customers with online stores agree not to ship reagents via USPS.
6. Ordering
All wholesale orders must be placed through our website using your approved Wholesale Account. All orders must be paid in full at checkout. With the exception of approved Net 30 customers, DanceSafe does not accept payment after ordering or shipment.
Upon placing an online order, an invoice will be automatically sent to your email.

8. Net 30 Credit Accounts
Organizations such as government agencies, universities, and grant-funded programs may apply for a Net 30 Credit Account.
Application & Approval
To apply, complete the Net 30 Credit Application Form or contact [email protected]. Applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Approval is based on organizational eligibility, credit references, and purchasing history.
DanceSafe reserves the right to establish or adjust credit limits, and to suspend or revoke Net 30 privileges at its discretion.
Purchase Orders
Net 30 customers must be pre-approved and provide a signed Purchase Order (PO) for each order. Upon placing an online order, an invoice will be automatically sent to your email. Your finance department may use this invoice to generate a Purchase Order. Please email signed POs to [email protected].
Orders typically ship after both an online order and a signed PO are received.
Terms of Payment
- Payment is due within 30 days of the order's ship date.
- Payments can be made by check, ACH, or wire transfer.
- For electronic payments, refer to the EFT/ACH information on your invoice or contact [email protected].
- Proof of payment must be emailed to [email protected] once issued.
Late or Delinquent Accounts
- Accounts with past-due balances may be suspended from future ordering until payment is received.
- Repeated late payments may result in revocation of Net 30 privileges.
- A late payment fee of 1% per month may be assessed on overdue balances after 30 days, as permitted under applicable state law.
9. Shipping Times
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of receipt of payment (and with an approved PO for Net 30 customers).
Large wholesale orders, such as bulk fentanyl test strip purchases, may require additional processing time (up to two weeks).

10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
DanceSafe does not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or damaged products.
All wholesale returns require prior authorization. To initiate a return, email [email protected] within 7 days of the order's delivery date. Include your invoice number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide instructions and approve a return shipping method. Unauthorized returns — items sent back without prior approval — will not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. After returned products are received, inspected, and inventoried, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or by check (Net-30 only).
For large institutional or bulk returns, a restocking fee may apply. This will be discussed during the authorization process.

11. User Accounts
As a wholesale customer you are responsible for all purchases made through your user account. Make sure your password is secure. DanceSafe may cancel your wholesale account at its sole discretion.
