1. Wholesale Customer Approval
Wholesale accounts are reserved for legitimate businesses and institutions. They are not granted to individuals. To become a Wholesale Customer you must register and be approved. All registrants must provide a phone number, mailing address, and website. The approval process requires a phone call to verify the information in your application.
Types of wholesale customers include, but are not limited to:
- retail or online stores
- hospitals
- pharmacies
- public health and social service agencies
- First Nations
2. Minimum Order
There is no minimum order requirement for wholesale customers.
3. Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Approved wholesale customers receive up to 50% off the manufacturer’s suggested resale price (MSRP) for reagent testing kits. Fentanyl testing strip discounts vary depending on the quantity purchased and the type of business or institution. Once your account has been approved, wholesale prices become visible on our website after you are logged in.
Wholesale customers are responsible for all shipping costs with the exception of fentanyl testing strips, which are shipped for free.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Note: Not all of DanceSafe products are subject to wholesale pricing discounts.
4. Minimum Retail Pricing
If you are an online reseller, products must be sold at or above the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). The MSRP for each of our products is the price listed on DanceSafe’s website to retail customers (log out of your account to see those prices). This includes quantity-based pricing (e.g., 10-packs or boxes of 100 fentanyl strips). If you are a brick and mortar store and do not sell or advertise online, you are free to price our products however you would like.
For further clarification: If you are a reseller buying products at wholesale prices, you cannot sell them for less than DanceSafe’s online storefront price to retail customers.
5. Shipping Reagent Kits
The US Postal Service has strict regulations for shipping hazardous chemicals that essentially prohibit the shipping of reagent kits. To protect the harm reduction industry, our wholesale customers with online stores agree not to ship reagents via USPS.
6. Ordering
All wholesale orders must be placed through our website after logging in with your Wholesale Customer account email and password. With the exception of Net 30 customers, all orders must be paid at the time of ordering using a credit or debit card.
Net 30 customers must be pre-approved and are typically reserved for state- or grant-funded institutions. Net 30 customers must place orders through our website and provide us with a signed Purchase Order. DanceSafe reserves the right to set a credit limit for a Net 30 wholesale customer and may revoke Net 30 status at its sole discretion.
Upon making an online order, an invoice will be emailed to you. Your finance department will use this invoice to generate a Purchase Order. Signed Purchase orders are to be emailed to wholesale@dancesafe.org. Once we receive both an online order and a signed Purchase Order, we will ship the items to you.
Payment is due 30 days after the ship date. Failure to pay on time may result in delays of processing your next order.

7. Shipping Times
We usually ship within two business days upon receiving a pre-paid order or an order with a signed Purchase Order. However, it can sometimes take longer, especially with larger orders. Very large fentanyl testing strip orders may take up to two weeks if we happen to be out of stock at the time your order is placed (though this is rare). Please contact us beforehand if you are concerned about shipping times.
8. Returns and Exchanges
DanceSafe will not accept any opened or damaged products for return or exchange.
Wholesale returns must be initiated by sending an email to customerservice@dancesafe.org within 7 days of the order delivery date. You must include your invoice number and the reasons you want to return the products.
Prior approval is required for all returns and return delivery methods must be agreed upon together. You are responsible for return shipping charges. After the products are returned and inventoried, we will refund you either with a check or by crediting the money back on the credit or debit card you used to make the initial purchase.
DanceSafe is not responsible for issuing a refund for any items returned without prior approval.
9. User Accounts
As a wholesale customer you are responsible for all purchases made through your user account. Make sure your password is secure. DanceSafe may cancel your wholesale account at its sole discretion.
